**Green Bay Packers Welcome Veteran Safeties as Coaches Through Bill Walsh Fellowship**

The Green Bay Packers are set to receive a wealth of experience and knowledge from former safeties this summer. The team has announced the inclusion of ex-Packers standouts Nick Collins and Morgan Burnett as part of the 15 assistants joining the franchise through the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship.

The Bill Walsh Fellowship program aims to provide high school and college coaches the valuable opportunity to work alongside NFL teams during the summer, broadening the pool of future professional coaching candidates. This year's fellowship class for the Packers comprises 15 coaches, a mix of past members and new faces.

Notably, some of the inducted coaches have previously benefited from the fellowship program. Players like Tyrell Brown, Ronell Williams, and Anthony Jordan have been associated with the Packers before and are returning for another stint. Past participants of the program have successfully landed prominent full-time roles with the team, such as Cory Harkey, now the special teams quality control coach, and Jeremiah Kolone, who serves as an offensive assistant.

Nick Collins brings a remarkable legacy with him, having been a three-time All-Pro over his seven-year NFL career before a neck injury prematurely ended his time on the field. Morgan Burnett, who started 102 games for Green Bay over eight seasons, finished his playing career after stints with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns.

The addition of seasoned athletes like Collins and Burnett underlines Green Bay's commitment to leveraging their rich history to foster new coaching talent, ensuring that up-and-coming coaches have access to the wisdom and techniques from celebrated veterans.
