Brandan and Mary DeNuccio's fundraising efforts have been abruptly halted by GoGetFunding, the platform they were using to collect donations. The 90 Day Fiance couple had initially claimed that Mary was diagnosed with colon cancer but later backtracked on those claims after facing skepticism from fans. The fundraising campaign, which had raised over $1300, was removed from the site following suspicions raised by users. Mary issued an apology on social media, admitting that she had mistakenly self-diagnosed after experiencing anxiety about colon issues mentioned by her doctor. The couple also posted messages on Instagram, where Mary revealed that the money raised had already been spent on hospital bills. Amidst the controversy, Mary asked for an end to the death threats she had been receiving and explained that her limited understanding of English might have contributed to the misinformation. The DeNuccio's fundraising page has now been fully taken down, and GoGetFunding is advising donors to dispute any charges and withdrawals with their banks.
