Former Miami Dolphins star cornerback Xavien Howard finds himself embroiled in a disturbing legal battle as a new court filing alleges that he sent a sexually explicit photograph of a male teenager's mother, in response to her refusal to have an abortion. The lawsuit, filed last year by a woman who is not the teenager's mother, accuses Howard of secretly recording their sexual encounters and sharing the footage without consent.

Attorneys representing the woman are now seeking to add the teenager, who is now 18 years old, as a plaintiff against Howard. The teenager is claimed to be the son of another woman who had a relationship with the former NFL player and was also recorded engaging in sexual activities with him. However, the woman has not filed a lawsuit against Howard.

In their court filing, attorneys Cam Justice and Adriana Alcalde assert that Xavien Howard operates through intimidation and force, leaving a trail of destruction behind him. They argue that the lives of two individuals have been irrevocably altered due to his alleged actions.

Howard's attorney, Ted Craig, denies the claims and confidently states that his client looks forward to prevailing in a court of law. The original lawsuit, filed under the pseudonym Jane Doe, reveals that the woman had dated Howard for several months in 2022. Following their breakup, she received an Instagram message from another woman who disclosed that Howard had sent sexually explicit videos of himself engaging in sexual activities with various partners, including Doe.

The woman who messaged Doe revealed that Howard sent her the videos as a retaliatory measure for rejecting his advances. In April 2023, another woman contacted Doe with a similar story of Howard sharing videos of their encounters after she refused him as well. Doe claims that while she consented to Howard recording their sexual activities on one occasion, other videos were surreptitiously recorded without her consent.

In the recent legal filing, attorneys assert that in September 2022, Howard and the teenager's mother were engaged in a heated argument over her refusal to have an abortion. The woman, who alleges that Howard is the father of her child, claims that he texted the teenager a photograph of his mother engaged in sexual activity as a means to degrade and humiliate her. This act caused significant emotional distress to the teenager, according to the attorneys.

Describing Howard's conduct as "outrageous" and beyond the boundaries of decency, Justice and Alcalde are seeking damages in excess of $50,000 with their lawsuit. As of now, no criminal charges have been filed against Howard.

Xavien Howard played eight seasons with the Miami Dolphins, who selected him in the 2016 NFL draft from Baylor University. Known for his exceptional skills on the field, Howard intercepted 29 passes in 100 games and earned four Pro Bowl selections. However, his productivity declined in the past two seasons due to injuries, including groin, hip, and foot ailments.

The legal battle now unfolds as the disturbing allegations against Xavien Howard continue to cast a shadow over his professional career and personal life.
