In a shocking turn of events, Blaise Taylor, a former college football star and current assistant coach at Texas A&M, was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of poisoning his girlfriend, Jade Benning, and their unborn child to death. Taylor, 27, was apprehended by federal marshals in Utah as they served an indictment from Nashville police on two counts of first-degree murder.

The tragic incident unfolded on February 25, 2023, when Benning, who was five months pregnant with what is believed to be Taylor's baby, was rushed to the hospital. Taylor had reportedly called 911, claiming that Benning had suffered an allergic reaction. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Benning's condition remained critical, and she tragically passed away on March 6, 2023 - her 25th birthday.
