In a recent development, Rodney Jones, a music producer who previously sued music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs for sexual assault, has now included Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. in the lawsuit. Jones, also known as Lil Rod, alleges that Gooding Jr. sexually harassed and assaulted him, including incidents such as groping while aboard Combs' yacht.

Jones had initially filed a lawsuit against Combs in February, claiming that the music mogul forced him to procure sex workers and engage in unwelcome sexual acts. This federal sex-trafficking investigation has now broadened its scope to include Gooding Jr., who has faced his own legal troubles in the past.

It's worth noting that Gooding Jr. settled a civil sexual abuse case just before trial in June of 2023, where he was accused of raping a woman in a New York City hotel a decade earlier.

Law enforcement officials have not yet arrested Combs after raiding homes linked to him in Los Angeles and Miami. However, they did arrest Combs' alleged drug "mule," Brendan Paul, a 25-year-old man from Northeast Ohio, at Miami's Opa-Locka Airport. Paul was taken into custody on charges of possession of cocaine and marijuana candy.

Surveillance footage captures federal agents intercepting Combs' private plane as Paul was about to board. It has been reported that Combs and Paul were on their way to a spring break trip with Combs' twin daughters. The raids on Combs' residences occurred just hours before their departure.

During the search at Combs' Los Angeles home, his sons Justin Combs, 30, and Christian "King" Combs, 25, were temporarily detained outside. Combs' current whereabouts remain unknown.

Representatives and attorneys for Combs maintain his innocence, calling the searches a "gross use of military-level force." Attorney Aaron Dyer issued a statement asserting that Combs will continue to fight to clear his name.

KTLA has reached out to Gooding Jr.'s team for comment on the allegations but has not received a response. The investigation into the federal sex-trafficking allegations involving Combs and now Gooding Jr. continues, as the legal battle surrounding these high-profile individuals intensifies.
