**Dolphins' De'Von Achane Sidelined by Concussion in Win Against Patriots**

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- During Miami’s narrow 15-10 victory over the New England Patriots, Dolphins running back De'Von Achane was forced to leave the game after suffering a concussion. The incident occurred when Achane took a handoff from quarterback Tyler Huntley and sprinted 12 yards before being tackled out of bounds by Patriots safety Jaylinn Hawkins. Unfortunately, Hawkins' helmet made significant contact with Achane's head during the tackle, leading to the injury.

Following the collision, Achane remained on the ground for several minutes as medical trainers provided immediate care. He was subsequently taken to the medical tent and then to the locker room, where he was diagnosed with a concussion and ruled out for the rest of the game.

Achane, in his second year, has been a standout player for the Dolphins, leading the team in total yards. He had taken over the starting role with running back Raheem Mostert sidelined due to a chest injury. With Mostert making his return to the field during Sunday's game, the Dolphins are expected to utilize both him and rookie Jaylen Wright to compensate for Achane’s absence.

Achane has now entered the NFL's concussion protocol. However, with Miami's bye week scheduled for Week 6, he has almost two weeks to recover before the Dolphins' next game against the Indianapolis Colts on October 20.
