College Student Goes Missing After Being Overserved at Luke Bryan's Nashville Bar

A 22-year-old college student has disappeared after being "overserved" and ejected from a bar owned by country artist Luke Bryan in Nashville, Tennessee. Riley Strain, a fraternity member from the University of Missouri, was last seen by his friends at Luke's 32 Bridge Food + Drink located in the city's vibrant Broadway area, a popular destination for tourists.

According to police and The St. Louis Dispatch, Strain was removed from the bar and informed his friends that he would be returning to their hotel. However, the six-foot-five student never arrived at the hotel or made any further contact with his friends. Alarmed by his absence, his friends reported him missing to the authorities the following day.

Surveillance footage allegedly captured Strain walking in the direction of his hotel on foot, but it appears that he may have taken a wrong turn. The University of Missouri confirmed on Monday that Strain remains missing, and they are actively collaborating with both the family and the Nashville authorities during the ongoing search.

In their distress, Strain's family traveled to Nashville to search for him and expressed their anguish over the situation. Christopher Whiteid, Strain's stepfather, described the family's ordeal to The Dispatch, stating that they were going through "pure hell."

It has been reported that the reason Strain was expelled from the bar was due to excessive alcohol consumption. Whiteid shared with WZTV-Nashville that the bartender at Luke's 32 Bridge Food + Drink mentioned Strain had been overserved and was attempting to settle his bill before leaving.

As the search for the missing college student continues, friends, family, and authorities are mobilizing their efforts in hopes of locating Strain and ensuring his well-being.
