Renowned musician Bruce Springsteen has put an end to swirling rumors about his potential retirement from touring. During a recent concert at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Springsteen emphatically declared, "We've been around 50 f**king years and we ain't quitting!" The rock legend further dismissed any notions of a farewell tour, stating, "Hell no... Farewell to what? Thousands of people screaming your name? Yeah, I wanna quit that."

Videos from the event, quickly spread across social media, capturing the moment when Springsteen addressed the audience. Responding to the cheers, he emphatically expressed his determination to continue performing, saying, "I ain't goin' anywhere. That's it. That's all it takes."

Last year, the 74-year-old New Jersey native was forced to postpone several shows due to his treatment for peptic ulcer disease (PUD), a common condition causing sores to develop in the stomach or upper part of the small intestine. At the time, Springsteen expressed his disappointment at having to halt performances and thanked fans for their understanding and support.

Despite his health setback, Springsteen rebounded and resumed his North American tour which is set to run through November. Furthermore, the legendary musician has announced plans to complete previously postponed European shows next summer.

With an illustrious career spanning five decades, Springsteen's determination and passion for performing remain undiminished. His unwavering commitment to entertaining legions of fans continues to make him a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. Fans can look forward to witnessing the iconic artist in action as he delivers his electrifying performances in the upcoming months.
