**Brad Pitt Reflects on Divorce and Media Scrutiny in Recent Interview**

Brad Pitt, a star known for his reluctance to grant interviews, has often kept his personal life tightly under wraps. This has remained true especially regarding his high-profile divorce from Angelina Jolie, which was finalized early this year. The divorce, initially filed by Jolie on September 19, 2016, culminated following nearly a decade of intricate legal battles. The initial filing followed an alleged incident aboard a private jet, where Pitt was accused of physical and verbal assault against Jolie and their then 15-year-old son, Maddox.

With the upcoming release of his latest film, "F1: The Movie," set to hit theaters on June 27, Brad Pitt has been more visible in the media. In a GQ profile leading up to the movie's release, Pitt provided some rare insights into his feelings about the divorce's conclusion and his persistent presence in the media.

"My personal life is always in the news," Pitt commented. "It's been in the news for 30 years, bro. Or some version of my personal life, let's put it that way." When asked if working on "F1: The Movie" served as an escape from public judgment, the actor acknowledged that media scrutiny has been a constant presence. "It's been an annoyance I've had to always deal with in different degrees, large and small, as I do the things I really want to do," Pitt explained. "So, it's always been this kind of nagging time suck or waste of time, if you let it be that. I don't know. I don't know."

Pitt described his current life as "fairly contained," expressing satisfaction in his relationships and self-awareness. "It feels pretty warm and secure with my friends, with my loves, with my fam, with my knowledge of who I am, that, you know, it's like this fly buzzing around a little bit."

When directly questioned if the finalization of the divorce brought him any "relief" from constant public and media scrutiny, Pitt downplayed its impact. "No, I don't think it was that major of a thing. Just something coming to fruition. Legally," he said.

As Brad Pitt navigates both his personal and professional life, his measured reflections offer a unique glimpse into how one of Hollywood's most renowned figures manages persistent public interest.
