In a new twist of legal troubles, reality TV star Ariana Madix is now facing another lawsuit, this time involving her "Vanderpump Rules" co-star Katie Maloney. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the duo is being accused of reneging on a business deal regarding their Something About Her sandwich shop.

The lawsuit has been filed by Penny Davidi Borsuk, the COO and Director of Culinary at the West Hollywood-based eatery. Borsuk alleges that Madix, 39, and Maloney, 37, failed to fulfill their promise of payment as stipulated in the alleged agreement. The claim states that a 10 percent partnership deal was struck with Borsuk in June 2023, in exchange for her assistance in developing the establishment. Borsuk asserts that she played a significant role in the operations, even going as far as filing trademarks for the company.

According to Borsuk, she was supposed to receive a monthly payment of $7,500 until January, with the amount increasing to $10,000 per month thereafter. However, Madix and Maloney apparently denied the existence of the business deal, prompting Borsuk to seek legal recourse to be compensated for her contributions.

This recent lawsuit comes on the heels of another legal battle Madix has been facing. Earlier this week, Madix's ex-partner Tom Sandoval filed a lawsuit alleging that she accessed explicit videos of their former co-star Raquel Leviss from his phone without permission. Sandoval also claimed that Madix made copies of the footage and distributed them to Leviss and third parties. Leviss herself has filed a separate lawsuit against both Madix and Sandoval, accusing them of revenge porn, invasion of privacy, and other charges.

Madix's breakup with Sandoval, following his months-long affair with Leviss, has been a highly publicized affair. The fallout from their split has been playing out in front of Bravo cameras, despite Leviss's decision to not return for Season 11 of "Vanderpump Rules."

Page Six has reached out to Madix for comment, while Borsuk and Maloney have declined to provide any remarks on the matter. This ongoing legal saga continues to captivate fans and followers of the reality TV stars, as they navigate the aftermath of their tumultuous relationships both on and off-screen.

It remains to be seen how these lawsuits will unfold, but they undoubtedly add another layer of drama to an already dramatic real-life soap opera.
