The inventory and appraisal conducted so far puts a dollar value on Aaron's assets, totaling an estimated $757,400 as of April 2023.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the estate's appraisal provides a glimpse into the financial state of Aaron's affairs following his untimely demise. However, it is important to note that this valuation represents only a partial assessment, as there are still various other possessions that need to be appraised.

Among the interesting details included in the documents is the fact that a creditor's claim was filed by Wells Fargo against Aaron's estate in January of last year. However, this claim was fully paid and subsequently withdrawn. Another creditor's claim filed by the State of California Franchise Tax Board sought to recover a sum of over $17,000 initially, which was later increased to $77,310.92. It remains unknown if this claim has been resolved as of yet.

While Aaron's estate holds a substantial amount of money, it is yet to be determined if any funds will be available for distribution to his son, Prince, after settling outstanding debts. The documents mention that additional items, such as electronics in storage, firearms, furniture, jewelry, vehicles, and royalty rights to music, still need to be appraised. The estate has requested until the end of the year to complete this evaluation and determine if any distributions can be made.

As previously reported, Aaron Carter tragically passed away in 2022 at the age of 34. His death was ruled an accident, resulting from drowning after ingesting Xanax and engaging in huffing.

The valuation of Aaron Carter's estate sheds light on the financial status of the late singer's affairs. With a current estimated worth of over $750,000 and additional assets yet to be evaluated, the final distribution of his estate remains uncertain.
