**49ers See Improved Injury Report Ahead of Sunday’s Game**

The San Francisco 49ers' injury situation appears more favorable leading into this Sunday's matchup against the New England Patriots compared to last week. Key offensive player Deebo Samuel, who was sidelined last week due to a calf injury, resumed practice on Thursday. Samuel's participation is crucial and he is currently listed as questionable, indicating a possibility of him taking the field this weekend.

George Kittle, the prominent tight end, missed last Sunday’s game with a hamstring issue but announced on Thursday that he is ready to play. In a positive turn for the team, neither Kittle nor quarterback Brock Purdy, who had been dealing with a back concern, carry any injury designations as of now.

In addition, Trent Williams, the essential left tackle, was absent from Wednesday's practice owing to an illness but returned to practice on Thursday. However, Williams, who was also out on Friday, is now listed as questionable due to a toe injury, adding a layer of uncertainty to his availability.

Defensive challenges remain as Javon Hargrave, a primary defensive tackle, is ruled out due to a triceps injury. Other defensive players dealing with injuries include linebacker Dee Winters and safety Talanoa Hufanga, both contending with ankle issues, and defensive tackle Jordan Elliott with a foot injury. All three players are marked as questionable for the upcoming game.

The 49ers are hopeful that their improving injury report will bolster their lineup and provide a competitive edge against the Patriots on Sunday.
