In a flurry of changes across the NFL, the Las Vegas Raiders, Carolina Panthers, and Los Angeles Chargers have all announced their search for new general managers. These moves come as several teams look to restructure and revitalize their front office leadership.

The Raiders' interim general manager, Champ Kelly, has been tasked with overseeing the hiring process for the team's next GM. After parting ways with Dave Ziegler, who had spent two seasons with the organization, the Raiders are now on the lookout for a fresh perspective to guide them in the upcoming seasons. While Ziegler's tenure was marked with disappointments, the team is optimistic about finding the right candidate to steer them towards success.

Meanwhile, the Panthers have been actively seeking a replacement for Scott Fitterer, whom they recently fired. Looking to fill their general manager position, the Panthers have requested permission to interview a list of candidates. Brandon Brown from the New York Giants, Ed Dodds from the Indianapolis Colts, Mike Greenberg from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Alec Halaby from the Philadelphia Eagles, Khai Harley from the New Orleans Saints, and Dan Morgan, the Panthers' own assistant GM, are all in the running for the coveted role.

The Chargers, on the other hand, are undergoing a complete front office overhaul. In addition to parting ways with head coach Brandon Staley, the team has also moved on from general manager Tom Telesco, who had been with the organization for over a decade. JoJo Wooden has been named the interim general manager as the Chargers embark on a search for a new GM. The team is aiming to bring in fresh leadership to complement the arrival of new head coach Jerod Mayo, who replaces the legendary Bill Belichick.

As the dust settles and the NFL offseason gets underway, several teams are recalibrating their front office structures in pursuit of success. The search for new general managers in the Raiders, Panthers, and Chargers organizations will undoubtedly shape the course of their respective franchises in the years to come. Stay tuned for updates on these developing stories.
