In a press conference held on Monday, New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll announced some changes to his coaching staff. However, it appears that the team made additional moves later in the day, as reported by Charlotte Carroll of TheAthletic.com.

According to Carroll, the Giants have decided to part ways with outside linebackers coach Drew Wilkins and defensive assistant Kevin Wilkins. This decision comes after the team also dismissed special teams coordinator Thomas McGaughey and offensive line coach Bobby Johnson.

Drew Wilkins, who had been with the Baltimore Ravens for over a decade, joined the Giants along with his brother Kevin ahead of the 2022 season. Kevin had been a part of the Ravens' coaching staff since 2015. The Wilkins brothers joined the Giants after defensive coordinator Wink Martindale made the move as well.

Coach Daboll expressed his expectation that Martindale will continue with the Giants in the 2024 season. However, no official announcement has been made regarding Martindale's position at this time.

These changes to the coaching staff come as the Giants look to improve their performance in the upcoming 2024 season. With a fresh perspective and new faces, the team hopes to seize the opportunity for growth and success.

As the offseason progresses, the Giants will likely continue to evaluate and shape their coaching staff to best support the team's goals. Fans and analysts eagerly await further developments as the Giants prepare for a new chapter under Coach Daboll and his revamped staff.
