Ann Arbor, MI - The upcoming matchup between the Michigan Wolverines and the Ohio State Buckeyes is set to be one of the biggest games in recent history. Taking place on November 25th, the highly-anticipated top-5 showdown will determine a Big Ten Championship Game berth and potentially a spot in the College Football Playoff. With next season's playoff expansion, the outcome of this game may not completely eliminate a team's chances at a national title.

Adding to the excitement is the fact that Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh will be serving the last game of his Big Ten suspension, which stems from an alleged sign-stealing controversy. On the other side, Ohio State coach Ryan Day is seeking his first victory against Michigan since 2019, a team that has historically dominated the rivalry.

The intensity surrounding the game has been amplified by the sign-stealing saga, with the Buckeyes accusing their rivals of cheating and the Wolverines aiming to prove their innocence on their home turf at Michigan Stadium.

For those planning to attend the game at the Big House, here is everything you need to know. The game is already sold out through the Michigan athletics website, but secondary market options still exist for those looking for tickets.

Moreover, college football fans will be treated to two of the premier pre-game shows in Ann Arbor. ESPN's "College Gameday" will be broadcasting from the Ferry Field district off South State Street, while Fox's "Big Noon Kickoff" will be at Pioneer High School, located across from the stadium.

As part of the gameday experience, a free tailgate called the Hail! Impact Charity Tailgate & Beer Garden will be open to both Wolverines and Buckeyes at Stadium Club 327 on E. Hoover St. This event offers food, drinks, seating, multiple televisions, games, music, and restrooms. The Slows Bar BQ will be serving its famous Detroit barbeque, with all drink sales benefiting various charities.

For game-goers, there will be street closures in effect around Michigan Stadium. Main Street and Keech Avenue will be closed three hours before the game until its conclusion, except for southbound Main Street, which will close one hour prior to kickoff.

Parking options for guests include numerous lots around the stadium not restricted to permit holders. Football parking typically opens around 6 a.m. for noon games, and all vehicles must vacate the lots within two hours after the game to avoid towing.

RV parking options have changed, as the longstanding tradition of parking RVs at Pioneer High School ended last year. However, the Brown Lot near the Varsity Tennis Center and the nearby Maize Lot near the Track and Field Stadium on the South Athletic Campus will be open for RV parking on gamedays.

Tailgating opportunities abound in Ann Arbor, with party clusters forming around Michigan Stadium and Crisler Center. Pioneer High School and the Ann Arbor Golf and Outing Club are popular spots for tailgaters to set up and enjoy the festivities.

Michigan Stadium has specific guidelines regarding permitted and prohibited items. Foam seat pads, binoculars, small cameras, and rain apparel are among the permitted items, while bags, alcoholic beverages, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

The historical dominance of Ohio State in the rivalry has recently been tested, with the Wolverines claiming victory in the last two meetings under Coach Harbaugh. This marks the first time since 1999-2000 that the Buckeyes have suffered consecutive losses to Michigan. Head coach Ryan Day is determined to avoid the fate of his predecessors and secure a victory against their fierce rivals.

As the countdown to kickoff begins, fans and players alike are bracing themselves for a thrilling and high-stakes battle between two football powerhouses. The outcome of this game will not only shape the Big Ten Championship picture but could also have significant implications for the College Football Playoff. Michigan-Ohio State, a rivalry that has captivated college football fans for decades, is bound to deliver another epic chapter in its storied history.
