Former Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey is reportedly in the running for the same position with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Buccaneers have scheduled an interview with Dorsey for next week.

The Buccaneers are in need of a new offensive coordinator after Dave Canales, the team's former OC, recently accepted the head coaching job with the Carolina Panthers. Canales' departure has left a void in the coaching staff, and the Buccaneers are now considering potential candidates to fill the important role.

Dorsey's tenure with the Bills came to an end earlier this season when he was fired amidst the regular season. He had taken up the position of offensive coordinator in 2022 following Brian Daboll's departure, having previously served as the team's quarterbacks coach.

In addition to the Buccaneers, Dorsey has also interviewed with the Cleveland Browns for their offensive coordinator position this week. As they conduct their search, the Buccaneers have reportedly shown interest in other candidates, including Kellen Moore, the offensive coordinator of the Los Angeles Chargers, Zac Robinson, the quarterbacks coach for the Los Angeles Rams, and Brian Johnson, formerly the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles.

It remains to be seen who the Buccaneers will ultimately choose to lead their offensive unit, but Ken Dorsey's upcoming interview suggests that he is a strong contender for the OC position. With a series of promising candidates in consideration, the Buccaneers will aim to find a capable coordinator to engineer a potent offensive attack in the coming seasons.
