Kim Kardashian, known for her reality television appearances, is expanding her acting career with a new legal drama series. The series, which has been given a series commitment at Hulu, will mark Kardashian's continued collaboration with "American Horror Story" co-creator Ryan Murphy.

In the upcoming legal drama, Kardashian will take on the role of a successful divorce lawyer who leads an all-female law firm based in Los Angeles. The show will explore the intricacies of the legal system while highlighting the strength and expertise of women in the field.

The series will be written by Jon Robin Baitz, who is currently serving as the showrunner for Murphy's upcoming season of "Feud," focusing on Truman Capote. Baitz is best known for his work as the creator of "Brothers & Sisters," a popular ABC series that ran for five seasons from 2006 to 2011. He has also worked on projects such as "The West Wing," "Alias," and the film "Stonewall" released in 2015.

Joining Baitz in writing the series is Joseph Baken, a writer who has previously worked on the "American Horror Stories" spinoff. Baken also wrote and directed the movie "Mailman" released in 2021. With their combined talents, the writing team is expected to bring a compelling narrative to the legal drama.

In addition to this Hulu project, Kardashian is also venturing into the world of comedy with a film titled "The Fifth Wheel." The film centers around Kardashian as the outsider in a group of four female friends. "The Fifth Wheel" garnered significant attention and after a competitive bidding war, secured a deal with Netflix in November.

This Hulu legal drama series marks an exciting new Disney project for Ryan Murphy. After entering into an overall deal with the company in June, this collaboration with Kardashian will be a fresh venture for Murphy outside of his previous Netflix deal.

With Kim Kardashian's presence and Ryan Murphy's creative vision, the legal drama series at Hulu is sure to captivate audiences with its compelling storyline and strong female characters. Fans of both Kardashian and Murphy can eagerly anticipate this upcoming series as they combine their talents to create yet another promising project in the world of television.
