This shortage is projected to worsen in the coming years, with the Association of American Medical Colleges estimating a potential shortage of up to 124,000 physicians by 2034, with a significant portion of them being primary care providers.

As the demand for healthcare continues to increase, physicians are shouldering progressively heavier workloads, leading to widespread exhaustion and burnout. By implementing these AI technologies, doctors can establish stronger personal connections with their patients, making primary care a more fulfilling and sustainable profession. Research from Stanford University indicates that increasing the number of primary care doctors by just 10 per 100,000 Americans could potentially extend the overall life expectancy in the United States by nearly two months.
