Seattle Driver Violates Release Conditions with Social Media Activity, Judge Rules

Seattle, WA - A Seattle judge ruled on Monday that the infamous "Belltown Hellcat" driver, Miles Hudson, violated his conditions of release through his activity on social media. Hudson was in court for two outstanding criminal cases: one related to alleged reckless driving in downtown Seattle in March, and the other involving accusations of stalking and sharing intimate images of a former partner on Instagram.

As part of his release conditions, Hudson was prohibited from posting on Instagram or Twitch. However, the judge found that Hudson had changed the handle of his notorious srt.miles account to not.srtmiles and added a disclaimer stating that he was not posting directly to the account. He also used a different account to post to Instagram stories, all of which violated the terms of his release.

In light of these violations, Hudson's bail was increased to $15,000 for the case involving stalking and sharing of intimate images. Additionally, a new bail of $2,500 was set in his reckless driving case. Furthermore, Hudson remains banned from posting or streaming any content on Instagram or Twitch, and his "Belltown Hellcat" vehicle is prohibited from being operated on any public roadway in the state of Washington.

Hudson's next hearing for the stalking and sharing of intimate images case is scheduled for September 16 at 8:45 a.m. Meanwhile, a readiness hearing for the reckless driving case is set for October 4 at 8:45 a.m., with a jury trial commencing on October 8. Furthermore, Hudson is also facing a civil case filed against him by the city, and his next court appearance for that case is scheduled for September 10 at 10 a.m.

The "Belltown Hellcat" driver's ongoing legal troubles highlight the importance of adhering to release conditions and the potential consequences of violating them. As the court proceedings continue, authorities will closely monitor Hudson's compliance to ensure public safety and uphold the integrity of the justice system.
