The Vice President's "New Way Forward" tour will commence in North Carolina on Thursday, with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz representing the campaign in Michigan. On Friday, Harris will return to Pennsylvania, while Walz takes on Michigan and Wisconsin. Adding to the campaign's momentum, the spouses of both candidates will also join the tour. Doug Emhoff, Harris' husband, will visit Nevada, Arizona, and Florida, while Gwen Walz is scheduled to visit Georgia, New Hampshire, and Maine.

The Harris campaign intends to reinforce its message through new television advertisements, specifically tailored to each state on the tour itinerary. The ads will address key concerns such as middle-class tax cuts, prescription drug prices, and the housing shortage. This comprehensive media investment, estimated at $370 million, aims to resonate with voters in Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Nebraska.

As the campaign gains momentum, both candidates are gearing up for an intense battle for the presidency.
