**Ukraine Utilizes Storm Shadow Missiles Against Russia for the First Time**

In a significant military development, Ukrainian armed forces have deployed UK-supplied Storm Shadow cruise missiles to target Russian military positions. According to Bloomberg, this marks the first known use of these missiles by Ukraine in its ongoing conflict with Russia.

An anonymous source indicated that the UK sanctioned the use of Storm Shadow missiles in retaliation to Russia's deployment of North Korean troops in the war, a move perceived by the British government as a critical escalation. Although official confirmation is pending, Russian propaganda channels on Telegram have reported discovering missile debris in the Kursk region. Additionally, they claimed that two missiles were intercepted over the Black Sea port of Yeysk in Krasnodar Krai.

In related developments, U.S. President Joe Biden recently allowed the Ukrainian military to utilize long-range ATACMS missiles for strikes inside Russia. This decision was further affirmed by the Republican Party leaders in the U.S. Senate, who confirmed the lifting of previous restrictions on Ukraine's use of these missiles. Reports from The New York Times, based on information from American officials, substantiated these facts.

The British government has also reportedly been informed that the United States gave permission for Ukraine to launch Storm Shadow missiles at Russian targets, signaling a coordinated Western response to the evolving conflict.
