Kennedy, who has been supporting Trump and campaigning alongside him, was highlighted for his potential contributions in health and environmental issues. On the other hand, Trump described Gabbard as a “common sense person” and acknowledged her expertise in foreign policy, hinting at a role in that area under a hypothetical second Trump administration.

Both Gabbard and Kennedy were recently appointed to Trump's transition team, suggesting a role in shaping policies and personnel should Trump secure victory in the upcoming November election. Trump praised Elon Musk for his cost-cutting capabilities and endorsed Musk's commitment to eliminating inefficiencies in the government. The former president commended Musk's dedication to identifying waste and streamlining processes, emphasizing the importance of fiscal responsibility and efficiency in the country.
