Neekshia Strong, 45, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene, while her 24-year-old niece, Capri Edwards, was rushed to the University of Chicago Hospital, where she passed away shortly after. The victims' young children have also suffered immensely in this tragic event. Edwards' 5-year-old and 7-year-old sons were taken to Comer Children's Hospital, where they remain in critical condition.
