### MAGA Supporter Plans to Sue Sheriff After Arrest at Trump Rally

A fervent supporter of Donald Trump, Vem Miller, was arrested at a California rally for the former president after authorities found multiple firearms in his vehicle. Now, Miller is planning a "massive lawsuit" against Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco. Miller alleges that Bianco wrongfully insinuated that he intended to assassinate Trump.

Miller, 49, told the Los Angeles Times that Sheriff Bianco committed "career suicide" by speculating that the arrest may have "probably stopped another assassination attempt." Miller insists that all accusations against him are false. "As of right this second, I could prove everything they said is untrue. It's just going to be bad. That sheriff is going to lose his job," he told the newspaper, emphasizing that his legal team is already preparing the lawsuit.

The incident unfolded outside Trump’s rally in the Coachella Valley, where Miller arrived reportedly to cover the event as a journalist. Despite Miller’s insistence on being a Trump supporter, he was detained when authorities discovered a shotgun, a loaded handgun, a high-capacity magazine, and fake identification documents in his unregistered black SUV. Miller has claimed that the firearms were for his personal protection due to death threats he has received since launching his America Happens Network.

Miller also asserted his right to carry firearms under the First Amendment, insisting there was no malicious intent behind his actions. Neither the Secret Service nor the FBI has labeled Miller’s arrest as an assassination attempt. However, Sheriff Bianco remains firm on his stance, though he acknowledged his statements were speculative.

In response to Miller’s threats of litigation, Sheriff Bianco appeared unfazed. "He can say anything he wants to try and minimize his involvement in this, or threaten to sue," Bianco told Fox 11, dismissing the prospect of a lawsuit. "I'm not sure what he's going to sue about. He showed up to a Trump rally in a secondary checkpoint in an unregistered vehicle with fake license plates, multiple IDs, and guns. We arrested him for those."

Miller, who was released on a $5,000 bond, continues to be vocal in media interviews, vehemently denying the sheriff’s claims and maintaining his innocence. As this legal battle unfolds, both sides appear entrenched in their positions, setting the stage for a potentially high-profile court case.
