**Seahawks Adjust Roster Amid Injuries, Celebrate 'My Cause My Cleats' Initiative**

The Seattle Seahawks have undergone key roster changes following their victory over the Cardinals. Starting guard Anthony Bradford was placed on injured reserve due to an ankle injury sustained during the game. To fill the slot, linebacker Patrick O'Connell has been promoted from the practice squad. O'Connell, undrafted from Montana, has participated in three games this season, contributing notably on special teams.

In more roster updates, outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu and tackle Stone Forsythe have been designated to return to practice. Nwosu had been sidelined since week 5 with a thigh injury and isn’t expected to play in the upcoming game against the Jets. Forsythe, who stepped up for five games this season following George Fant’s knee injury in week 1, is recovering from a hand injury and has been on injured reserve since last month.

With Bradford's absence, the Seahawks need a replacement at right guard. Rookie Christian Haynes, who served in that role last game and earlier in the season, is a strong candidate. Additionally, fellow rookie Sataoa Laumea will be evaluated for the position. Head coach Mike Macdonald emphasized Haynes' preparation and performance while also noting the potential of Laumea.

In celebratory news for the team, the 'My Cause My Cleats' initiative is on the horizon. This year, Seahawks members, including players, coaches, and staff, will proudly display personalized cleats representing causes important to them. Causes range from cancer research, mental health awareness, autism support, and youth empowerment, among others. Notable mentions include DK Metcalf supporting SOUND and Prison Fellowship, and Mike Macdonald focusing on the RYR-1 Foundation.

'My Cause My Cleats' exemplifies the Seahawks’ commitment to community and individual passions, adding a personal layer to the team’s presence both on and off the field. This initiative allows players and staff to voice their support for various causes, highlighting the depth of dedication beyond the gridiron.
