### Man in Ravens Jersey Wanted for Alleged Assault of Washington Fans
Baltimore police have issued a warrant for John Callis, 24, in connection with an alleged assault on two Washington Commanders fans following the Baltimore Ravens' recent victory. The incident, which took place on Sunday on South Charles Street, was captured on video and has since gone viral.
The video shows a man in a purple Lamar Jackson Ravens jersey approaching the two victims, who were wearing burgundy Washington jerseys. Without provocation, the Ravens fan begins to kick and punch one of the men, then attacks the other, ultimately slamming him against a brick wall. After the assault, the man is seen flexing and celebrating, shouting, "I don't lose! I don't f---ing lose!" while a voice in the background joins in the celebration.
Baltimore police announced on Monday that they were aware of the video and were actively investigating the incident. By Tuesday, they had identified a possible suspect but had not yet located or interviewed the two victims. In a statement released on Wednesday, police confirmed the victims' ages as 23 but did not disclose their names.
Callis faces charges of first-degree aggravated assault and three counts of second-degree assault. In Maryland, a first-degree assault conviction can carry a sentence of up to 25 years in prison. Second-degree assault, generally considered a misdemeanor, can result in up to 10 years of incarceration and a fine of $2,500.
Authorities are urging anyone with additional information regarding the incident to get in touch with Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland.
