In an emotional and unforgettable evening at Gillette Stadium, wide receiver Randy Moss was met with a thunderous standing ovation from over 60,000 fans as he joined quarterback Tom Brady on stage for Brady's induction into the Patriots Hall of Fame.

Moss, who formed one of the greatest quarterback-receiver duos in football history with Brady, expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support he received from the crowd. "Y'all know it's always good to feel this," Moss said, as a tear streamed down his right eye, "I thank y'all."

The heartfelt celebration took place during a panel discussion featuring Moss, alongside Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, and NBC's Mike Tirico as the host. The event marked a special moment for Moss, who was traded from the Oakland Raiders to the New England Patriots in 2007, instantly making a significant impact on the team.

Moss's first year with the Patriots was nothing short of remarkable, as he recorded a staggering 98 catches for 1,493 yards and 23 touchdowns, a single-season record that still stands today. His outstanding performance helped lead the Patriots to an impressive 18-1 record and a Super Bowl appearance in 2008.

Having Moss as a target on the field unlocked an extra level for Brady, who went on to win his first NFL MVP award that year. Brady threw for a league-leading 4,806 yards and 50 touchdowns, completing an impressive 68.9 percent of his passes.

Moss continued to excel with the Patriots, tallying two consecutive seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards and double-digit touchdowns. However, in 2010, Moss was traded back to the Minnesota Vikings, as his production began to decline.

In recognition of his exceptional career, Moss was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018. Meanwhile, Brady was honored with a red jacket and had his iconic No. 12 jersey retired by the organization.

The reunion of Moss and Brady on stage was a poignant reminder of the incredible success they achieved as a duo during their time together in New England. The standing ovation Moss received from the fans was a testament to the impact he made on the Patriots organization and the enduring bond between player and fans.

It was an emotional and unforgettable night at Gillette Stadium, as two football legends were celebrated for their incredible contributions to the Patriots' history.
