**Pony AI Joins Nasdaq with $4.55 Billion Valuation**

Pony AI, a Chinese company specializing in autonomous driving technology, is set to commence trading on the Nasdaq with an offering price of $13 per share, reaching the upper limit of its anticipated range. By launching an initial public offering (IPO) of 20 million American depositary shares, Pony AI is poised to secure at least $260 million, giving it a valuation of $4.55 billion on its first day of trading.

The expected proceeds could go even higher. Strategic investors are projected to acquire approximately $153 million worth of Pony AI shares through private placements. Additionally, underwriters Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank, Huatai Securities, and Tiger Brokers hold an option to purchase 3 million more shares. With these factors combined, Pony AI's total proceeds could surge up to $452.4 million.

Pony AI’s debut on the Nasdaq follows in the footsteps of fellow Chinese tech companies WeRide and Zeekr, marking its bold entry into the U.S. public market after a de facto ban from Beijing. Investors are keenly observing Pony AI's performance as both the United States and China vie for leadership in the rapidly evolving autonomous vehicle technology sector.
