### Nick Cannon Claims Clean Hands Amidst Controversy at Diddy Parties
Nick Cannon, the popular comedian and television host, addressed the ongoing controversy surrounding parties organized by music mogul Diddy while co-hosting the 105.1 FM radio show, The Breakfast Club. During the show on Friday morning, the recent denial of bail to Diddy, who was arrested on September 16th, and the release of hotel footage from 2016 allegedly leaked by the federal government, were hot topics.
Despite the troubling allegations against Diddy, including charges hinting at an assault on his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, Cannon asserted that he has no skeletons in his closet from attending Diddy's famous gatherings. Nick Cannon, now 44, reminisced about attending the parties since he was 16 or 17 years old and described them as iconic New York events from the late '90s.
"I live my truth," Cannon mentioned humorously. "I remember those days vividly. Seeking entry to a Puff party was a real experience; it was as vibrant and packed as scenes from the 'One More Chance' video. Those Bad Boy parties were legendary." He added that, unlike many who might stay silent out of fear of exposure, he has nothing to hide because he was always just enjoying the event atmosphere.
Diddy’s legendary parties, known for their extravagance, occasionally included underage attendees, although typically these minors were under supervision and departed early in the evening. A video clip even captures Diddy addressing young guests, giving them a notice to leave before the party transitioned to a more adult-oriented affair.
However, amid these memories, a darker narrative has emerged. Earlier this month, allegations from 120 individuals accusing Diddy of sexual assault became public, with 25 of these claims involving minors at the time of the alleged incidents.
Diddy’s legal saga is set to continue with his trial scheduled for May 5, 2025. In the meantime, the allegations and unfolding stories continue to send shockwaves through the entertainment industry.
