Country music superstar Morgan Wallen found himself in trouble yet again after an incident at a Nashville bar on Sunday night. According to reports, the outburst was allegedly triggered by the news that his ex-fiancée, KT Smith, had recently married another man.

Sources close to Wallen revealed to the Daily Mail that the news of Smith's marriage to Luke Scornavacco had a devastating impact on the singer. "KT's marriage to Luke last week just crushed him," an insider shared. "Whatever happened at that bar had to be reality hitting him in the face over losing the love of his life."

Wallen, 30, and Smith began dating in 2016 and got engaged shortly after. Despite their turbulent relationship, which included an on-and-off dynamic until November 2019, the pair welcomed a son named Indigo together in 2020. According to insiders, Wallen had never fully moved on from Smith, despite his struggles with fidelity.

However, an insider told Page Six that the incident at the bar had nothing to do with Smith's marriage. Smith, 29, and Scornavacco, 22, went public with their relationship in May 2023, and Scornavacco proposed to her in March 2024 with a lavish $22,000 diamond ring. Just five days later, the couple surprised everyone, including Wallen, by getting married in a courthouse ceremony.

The newlyweds announced their marriage on Instagram, sharing a joyous selfie and a photo of their marriage certificate from the Wilson County Clerk's Office. Smith also took the opportunity to deny any rumors of a shotgun wedding, posting a picture of a negative pregnancy test.

The incident that led to Wallen's arrest occurred at Chief's, a new bar owned by Eric Church, on Broadway. Wallen allegedly threw a chair from the bar's sixth floor, narrowly missing two police officers standing outside. Witnesses claim that Wallen was seen laughing about the incident before his subsequent arrest.

Wallen was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. After being taken into custody, he posed for a mugshot before posting a $15,000 bail.

This is not the first time Wallen has had a brush with the law. In May 2020, he was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication at a different Nashville bar. He also faced a DUI charge in 2016.

As Wallen deals with the consequences of his actions, fans and industry watchers wonder about the future of his career and personal life. Despite his success as a country music artist, it remains to be seen how these recent events will impact his standing in the industry.
