### Scuffle Mars Michigan's Triumph Over Ohio State

In a dramatic conclusion to Michigan’s 13-10 upset over the No. 2 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes, a brawl erupted as Wolverines' players attempted to plant their 'M' flag at midfield. The tension, which had been simmering throughout the game, boiled over as both teams converged, engaging in pushing and shoving at the 50-yard line.

The melee intensified when Ohio State EDGE defender Jack Sawyer grabbed the Michigan flag and tried to destroy it, further escalating the conflict. The flag drama not only dampened Michigan's celebratory moment but also overshadowed an intense, closely contested match that was decided in the Wolverines' favor.

Michigan running back Kalel Mullings expressed his disappointment over the post-game unrest during the FOX broadcast, emphasizing the negative impact such incidents have on college football. "For such a great game, you hate to see stuff like that after the game. It's just bad for the sport, bad for college football," Mullings remarked. He added that players need to exhibit better sportsmanship, stating, "People got to be better."

The situation deteriorated further when Ohio State police intervened, reportedly using pepper spray to disperse the players and quell the disturbance. This added yet another regrettable layer to the post-game chaos.

Before the brawl, Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore had summed up the significance of the victory in an interview with FOX's Jenny Taft, noting it as the Wolverines' fourth consecutive win over Ohio State. More than a victory celebration, the game-ending scuffle serves as a reminder of the fierce rivalry and the importance of maintaining decorum in college sports.
