Upon arriving at the scene, authorities discovered a damaged fence and sign, but Romy was nowhere to be found. Following their investigation, Romy has since been issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

Attorney Edward Burke Jr., known for representing high-end and celebrity clients, including Matt Lauer himself, is currently involved in resolving the case on behalf of Romy. It is reported that Burke has been hired to assist in navigating the legal aspects of the incident.
