### Major Security Breach: U.S. Intelligence Documents on Israel's Iran Attack Plans Leaked

U.S. officials are alarmed by a potential significant security breach following the publication of two presumed U.S. intelligence documents. These documents, which detail Israeli preparations for a possible strike on Iran, were made public by a Telegram channel closely associated with Iran.

The leak is particularly concerning as it comes during a critical period. Israel has spent several weeks preparing for potential retaliation against Iran, which launched a series of ballistic missiles at Israel on October 1. The Telegram account named "Middle East Spectator" revealed on Friday that it had received sensitive documents from an alleged source within the U.S. intelligence community. These documents reportedly outline the measures undertaken at various Israeli Air Force bases in recent days, including the movement of advanced munitions intended for an attack on Iran.

If verified, the report indicates that U.S. intelligence maintains exceptionally close and detailed surveillance of Israel's actions, potentially utilizing satellites to monitor ongoing operations at Israeli military bases. A U.S. official, speaking to Axios, expressed grave concerns over the leak but maintained that it would likely not affect Israel's operational plans against Iran.

In a related development, Israeli forces have reportedly killed Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar in the southern Gaza Strip. Sinwar's death was confirmed by a Hamas statement on Friday. Sinwar was identified as the architect behind the October 7 attacks that resulted in the deaths of 1,200 people and triggered a prolonged conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

Following the confirmation of Sinwar's death, U.S. President Joe Biden urged for an end to the Gaza conflict during a call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Biden has been actively advocating for a hostage release and ceasefire agreement in Gaza for months, hoping to achieve a breakthrough before his term ends on January 20.
