Lakewood Mother Charged with Murder of Her Two Toddlers

In a tragic incident that has rocked the community of Lakewood, New Jersey, a mother has been arrested and charged with killing her two young children. Naomi Elkins, 27, was taken into custody after police responded to a distressing report of two children in cardiac arrest on Tuesday, according to a press release from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
