Joe Mazzulla, the second-year coach of the Boston Celtics, had an unforgettable celebration following the team's 106-88 victory over the Mavericks in Game 5, securing the franchise's record 18th NBA championship. Around 3:20 a.m., Mazzulla and his wife, Camai Mazzulla, took a leisurely stroll through the empty TD Garden, adorned with green and white confetti.

According to the Boston Herald, the couple held hands as they wandered around the arena, pointing out various spots and soaking in the post-championship atmosphere. A video of their late-night exploration was shared on social media the following day.

Camai Mazzulla took to her Instagram Story and shared a photo of her husband proudly posing with the prestigious Larry O'Brien championship trophy. The couple, donning Finals championship hats, also took the opportunity to capture memorable photos with friends and family on the court.

Joe and Camai Mazzulla met in 2011 at Glenville State College, now known as Glenville State University. Joe, an assistant basketball coach at the time, had graduated from West Virginia University. Camai, on the other hand, played college volleyball and was also a track and field athlete before eventually becoming the head volleyball coach at Glenville State College.

Despite battling a torn meniscus he sustained in March after a loss to the Hawks, Joe Mazzulla displayed incredible resilience and determination as he led the Celtics through the playoffs. During an appearance on "SportsCenter," he shared that he had been working through the injury since its occurrence and would continue to do so in celebrating the Finals win.

Prior to the injury, Mazzulla had sought mental preparation through MMA training and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, all while fulfilling his coaching responsibilities. Remarkably, the 35-year-old coach became the youngest head coach to win an NBA title since 1970, marking a historic moment in his coaching career.

The celebration at TD Garden was a testament to Joe Mazzulla's dedication, perseverance, and the unwavering support of his wife, Camai. As the Celtics bask in their hard-earned victory, Mazzulla's accomplishment cements his place in NBA history as a young coach with immense potential and a championship to his name.
