Speaking with Trey Yingst, Fox News' chief foreign correspondent, Gallant revealed that Israel is weighing all its options in response to the unprecedented Iranian aggression.

"At the moment, everything is on the table," Gallant declared. "Israel will respond to the Iranian attack in a manner of our choosing, and at the time and place of our choosing."

Gallant’s assertive stance contrasts with the more cautious approach preferred by the U.S. government. Last week, President Joe Biden expressed his disapproval of an Israeli strike on Iran's nuclear facilities. Despite these differences, Gallant emphasized the importance of a united front with the U.S., hoping for continued American support in the face of Iranian threats.

Gallant highlighted the need for strategic and defense cooperation between the U.S. and Israel. "We are powerful when we are aligned, and I want to make sure of it," he noted.

While the Biden administration is reportedly offering Israel a "compensation package" to deter it from targeting specific Iranian sites, including nuclear and oil facilities, Iran appears unfazed. The Iranian Tasnim News Agency reported that Iran is "fully ready" for any potential Israeli strike. An informed source claimed that the Iranian regime has various retaliatory measures prepared and could act immediately based on the nature of any Israeli assault.

The agency also mentioned that Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei awarded the "Insignia of Victory" to General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps' (IRGC) Aerospace Force, for his role in the missile attack, dubbed "Operation True Promise." Despite failing to damage Israeli military sites, the Iranian regime hailed the operation as a success.

During a visit to the Nevatim Air Force base, targeted by the Iranian attack, Gallant reassured that Iran had not affected the Israeli Air Force's operational capabilities. "The Iranians have not even touched the IAF's capabilities," he said, adding that no aircraft or runways were damaged, nor was there any disruption in operations. Gallant directed a pointed warning to Iranian leaders, urging them to consider Israel’s operational achievements in Gaza and Beirut as a measure of its military efficacy.
