Gutierrez, on the other hand, has been charged solely with attempted robbery and grand theft by embezzlement. Finally, Olano has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to the killing and receiving stolen property.
All four suspects' charges include the allegation that they were armed with a firearm during the commission of the crime.
