In a recent social media post on Truth Social, former President Trump called for the removal of multiple judges in his ongoing legal battles. Trump targeted Judge Juan Merchan, who is presiding over the New York hush money case, as well as Judge Arthur Engoron and Judge Lewis Kaplan in his scathing remarks.

The hush money case, Trump's first indictment, involves 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. It pertains to the reimbursement of his former lawyer, Michael Cohen, who paid Stormy Daniels, a porn actress, to keep quiet about an alleged affair with Trump during the 2016 election. Trump expressed frustration with Judge Merchan, accusing him of being a "Rigged Judge" who is biased towards the Democratic Party and refusing to dismiss the case. Trump called for his immediate removal, suggesting that the Appellate Courts should take over.

Furthermore, Trump criticized Judge Engoron, who presided over a civil fraud case against him, and Judge Kaplan, who oversaw the defamation trial in which he was ordered to pay $83.3 million to columnist E. Jean Carroll. Trump accused Engoron of fraudulently imposing a $500 million fine without proper knowledge, and he claimed that the defamation trial judgment was unjust since he did not know the woman involved.

Trump lamented the state of justice in New York, asserting that only the Appellate Courts can save it. He expressed his belief that a Republican does not stand a chance in the current system and claimed that justice in New York is in shambles.

Prosecutors from the Manhattan district attorney's office have accused Trump of violating Judge Merchan's gag order ten times. The order bars him from attacking prosecutors, court staff, witnesses, and the judge's family. Trump's lawyer, Todd Blanche, argued that his client's responses were in defense against political attacks. Judge Merchan stated that he would reserve the decision on the alleged violations but remarked to Blanche that Trump was losing credibility by claiming to be "very careful" not to breach the gag order.

As the legal battles continue, the calls for the removal of these judges by former President Trump add a new dimension to the ongoing legal drama. It remains to be seen how the Appellate Courts and the respective judges will respond to Trump's demands.
