Speaking on Fox News Channel's "Sunday Morning Futures," he contrasted the experienced team now in place with the 2016 administration, indicating a readiness to navigate Washington's complexities this time around.

Trump Jr. argued that the resistance faced by some of Donald Trump's unconventional picks from the Washington establishment is a positive indicator, showcasing that these individuals are the disruptors that both the new administration and voters are looking for. "The reality this time is, we actually know what we're doing. We actually know who the good guys and the bad guys are," he said. He further noted the importance of surrounding his father with competent and loyal individuals who would honor his promises and message.

Reflecting on the 2016 experience, Trump Jr. acknowledged that the initial administration was stocked with figures from traditional Republican and business circles, including former Exxon Mobil CEO Rex Tillerson as secretary of state. In contrast, the current selection process places a higher value on personal loyalty over political experience, which may encounter challenges during Senate confirmations, even with a Republican majority expected in January.

Trump Jr. suggested that this anticipated pushback is part of the strategy and expressed confidence in the administration's readiness to confront it. "A lot of them are going to face pushback," he said, "but they are going to be actual disrupters. That's what the American people want."
