Renowned music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing serious allegations from federal prosecutors who claim he has been actively undermining a federal investigation into his sex trafficking case despite being held in federal custody. Combs is said to have utilized phone accounts of eight fellow inmates at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to avoid being monitored, violating procedural rules by compensating the inmates through intermediaries.

Prosecutors have revealed that Combs used unauthorized three-way calls and a third-party system to contact individuals not approved on his contact list, sending hundreds of text messages in the process. These revelations were part of a court filing aiming to prevent Combs from obtaining another bail hearing. Combs’ defense team has refused to comment on the latest developments.

Awaiting trial on various charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and prostitution-related offenses, Combs has pleaded not guilty.
