Car Bombing Injures Russian Military Officer in Moscow, Suspect Arrested in Turkey

The injured officer, who serves in the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, is reported to have lost his feet in the blast.
Video footage captured the horrifying moment when an explosion tore through a Toyota Land Cruiser shortly after the officer and an unidentified woman had entered the vehicle. The injured man is responsible for satellite communications in the military and had served in the conflict against Ukraine.
Following the incident, a criminal case has been opened, and an investigation is underway to explore all possible leads, including the theory of a "Ukrainian trace." Several bomb attacks have occurred on Russian territory since Moscow's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, with the Ukrainian government denying any involvement in these incidents.
In a significant development, the head of the Federal Security Service (FSB), Alexander Bortnikov, revealed that the suspected perpetrator had fled to Turkey. The FSB is currently working towards extraditing the individual back to Russia. Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya confirmed the arrest of a Russian citizen suspected of carrying out the attack upon their arrival in Bodrum from Moscow.
