### Bucks County Elections Board Denounces Fake Ballot Video

A misleading video has surfaced on social media purportedly showing Bucks County mail-in ballots being tampered with, prompting a strong response from the local Board of Elections. The video in question is a fabrication, according to the Bucks County Board of Elections.

The board has confirmed that the materials shown in the video are counterfeit and not associated with any authentic documents distributed by their office. To address the situation, the incident has been reported to law enforcement agencies including the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, the FBI, and the Pennsylvania Department of State for further investigation.

In a unified bipartisan statement, Board of Elections Chair Bob Harvie, Vice Chair Diane Ellis-Marseglia, and member Gene DiGirolamo have condemned the actions as an attempt to undermine public confidence in the electoral process. They stressed that this act is intended to create division and doubt about the integrity of the election system, while also disregarding the hard work of those committed to ensuring free and fair elections.

“This type of behavior is meant to sow division and distrust in our election systems, and makes a mockery of the people working incredibly hard to ensure a free and fair election is carried out. The Board of Elections unequivocally condemns this purposeful spreading of dangerous disinformation. We will not be distracted from the job the voters of Bucks County have entrusted to us,” the statement read.

The Board of Elections reassures the public that they remain focused on the important task of conducting an impartial and secure election, free from the distractions caused by such disinformation efforts.
