In a recent development surrounding the tragic death of Lucy-Bleu Knight, stepdaughter of renowned musician Slash, the autopsy on Knight's body has been completed and is now ready for release, according to confirmed reports from The Post. The Los Angeles Medical Examiner's records have indicated that the cause of Knight's death has been deferred, pending additional testing.

Knight, who was 25 years old, passed away on July 19 at a private residence, as confirmed by records obtained by The Post. The shocking news of her death was first announced by Slash, 59, who stated that she "passed away peacefully." Knight was the daughter of Slash's longtime partner, Meegan Hodges, and her ex-partner, Mark Knight. Slash and Hodges have had an on-off relationship since 1989, recently rekindling their romance in 2015.

The circumstances surrounding Knight's death have become even more perplexing as three hours after Slash's announcement, a selfie of Knight was posted on her social media. The post featured a cryptic message and showed Knight wearing glasses and two necklaces, her gaze directed away from the camera with a serious expression. It was revealed that Knight had not posted on her Instagram since January 4, with her last post showcasing a painting she claimed to have created. The artwork depicted a figure donning a white dress and green cowboy shoes.

Further adding to the mystery, prior to the announcement of Knight's passing, Slash had canceled four upcoming dates of his solo S.E.R.P.E.N.T tour, citing "unforeseen circumstances" as the reason behind the cancellations.
