An under-construction home in Rollingwood, Texas was engulfed in an "intense" fire on Monday afternoon, but no injuries have been reported. Travis County ESD No. 9 Fire Chief David Wilson confirmed that the fire has been contained as of 4:30 p.m.

ESD No. 9, also known as the Westlake Fire Department, stated that although no one was living in the home, it was nearing completion when the fire broke out. The Austin Fire Department was the first to respond to the incident on Pickwick Lane at approximately 1:59 p.m. Within minutes, the fire had spread throughout the roof.
