Actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish, 44, pleaded not guilty today through her attorney to two misdemeanor DUI charges filed against her following her arrest last month in Beverly Hills. The charges include driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08%, as announced by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

The arrest took place on November 24, when Haddish was taken into custody at approximately 5:45 a.m. on Beverly Drive north of Dayton Way, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department. Jail records indicate that she was released from custody on the same day.

According to TMZ, Haddish was found in her stationary vehicle "in the middle of Beverly Drive... apparently slumped over the wheel while the car was running." The incident raised concerns about potential impairment, leading to her arrest on suspicion of DUI.

It is worth noting that this is not the first DUI-related incident involving Haddish. In January 2022, she was arrested near Atlanta on suspicion of DUI, and a separate case is still pending. Haddish pleaded not guilty to that charge as well.

The legal proceedings for both DUI cases will continue, and Haddish will have the opportunity to present her defense. The court will examine the evidence and determine the appropriate course of action in both matters.

As the news of Haddish's plea spreads, her fans and the public will eagerly await updates on the progress of these legal cases, as they could have potential consequences for the highly regarded actress and comedian.
