Three people tragically lost their lives in a helicopter crash in Weatherford, according to Air Evac Lifeteam. The victims have been identified as pilot Russell Haslam, flight nurse Adam Tebben, and flight paramedic Steven Fitzgerald.

The Air Evac Lifeteam reported that the crash occurred late on Saturday night after the control center lost contact with the aircraft. The crew was based out of Weatherford and was returning to base following the transportation of a patient to Oklahoma City.
