In yet another tragic incident, a man was shot to death on Tuesday evening in the St. Johns neighborhood of North Portland, marking the second suspected homicide in the area in just two days, according to a report by oregonlive. The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed yet, was discovered by responding officers in the 10100 block of North Portland Road at approximately 6:30 p.m.
