In a moving Epiphany Mass held at St Peter's Basilica, Pope Francis urged the faithful to imitate the Three Kings, or Magi, in their approach to the Christ Child. Addressing the congregation, the Holy Father emphasized three key aspects of the Magi's journey that can bring individuals closer to God.

Reflecting on the Magi's unwavering gaze towards the heavens, Pope Francis stressed the importance of seeking the infinite and not being confined by earthly limitations. He emphasized the need for believers to lift their heads high in anticipation of the light that illuminates the true meaning of life.

The Pope then highlighted the Magi's physical journey on earth, emphasizing that as they sought God, they found Him in the humble form of a child lying in a manger. Pope Francis emphasized that encountering God can lead to a transformative change in one's life and in the world around them.

Lastly, the Holy Father discussed the Magi's hearts bowed in adoration. He encouraged the faithful to worship the God who came to serve humanity, reminding them to offer the precious gift of themselves in adoration. Pope Francis urged believers to acknowledge Jesus as their Lord and to present their gifts and talents to Him.

In his concluding remarks, Pope Francis called on the faithful to never lose hope and courage in seeking God. He invited them to raise their eyes to the heavens, embark on a journey of faith, and bow their hearts in adoration to the Christ Child.

The Holy Mass on the Solemnity of the Epiphany was attended by countless worshippers in the Vatican. The Pope's message resonated with those in attendance, inspiring them to imitate the Magi's devotion and seek a closer relationship with God.
