In a shocking revelation, it has been unveiled that Benjamin Jones, the gunman behind the recent shooting at a Walmart in Beavercreek, Ohio, held white supremacist beliefs and had undergone mental health evaluations multiple times in the past two years. The 20-year-old, who ultimately turned the gun on himself, injured four shoppers before ending his own life.

According to a source close to Jones, he had displayed numerous warning signs and red flags leading up to the incident. He frequently espoused right-wing conspiracy theories, denying the occurrences of the Holocaust and the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Adding to the distressing pattern, Jones had even displayed a Nazi flag on the wall behind his bed.

The shooting at the Walmart left one man and three women injured, with one of the female victims remaining in critical condition. The motives behind the attack still remain unclear. However, the insider painted a picture of a troubled young man who had not been adequately socialized. Jones had never attended public school and instead received his education through online Christian schooling.

Furthermore, the source disclosed that Jones had been hospitalized three times in the past two years for mental health evaluations, spending 72-hours each time under observation. His mother was involved in one admission, while he voluntarily sought the other two. Despite these concerning incidents, his ability to acquire a firearm remains a mystery.

Under federal law, individuals who have been involuntarily committed to a mental institution are prohibited from purchasing firearms. The Beavercreek police have yet to provide information regarding how Jones obtained the weapon used in the shooting. Attempts to reach out to Jones' mother and brother have also been unsuccessful.

The source also shed light on Jones' religious background, describing him as deeply religious and capable of quoting passages from the Bible. His mother's decision to keep him away from public school further isolated him from mainstream society. As a result, he struggled to cope with conflict, such as breakups with girlfriends or other challenging situations.

Interestingly, it was revealed that Jones had expressed a desire to move to Las Vegas, where his father resides. Before relocating to Dayton, Ohio, Jones had previously lived in Las Vegas.

Although Jones targeted innocent shoppers in a planned act of mass violence, the insider surprisingly spoke fondly of him. Despite the devastation and loss caused by his actions, it is clear that the shooter's troubled history and extremist beliefs offer insight into the complex nature of this tragic event.
