In a late-night development on Tuesday, an Air Force veteran filed a lawsuit against rapper T.I. and his wife, Tameka Harris, claiming she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the couple over a decade ago. The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, detailed the alleged incident in a 15-page lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone.

According to the lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles, Jane Doe was in her early twenties and stationed in the city when she attended a party at Coolio's house, where she encountered a man known as Caviar, who was said to work for T.I. and Tameka. The plaintiff alleges that Caviar facilitated a meeting with T.I. and Tameka at a club the following night, during which she believes she was given a spiked drink by Tameka.

The lawsuit goes on to claim that Jane Doe was subsequently separated from her friend and found herself in a hotel room with T.I., Tameka, and two other women. According to the plaintiff, T.I., whose legal name is Clifford Harris, began issuing explicit demands while Tameka undressed her and entered the shower with her. Jane Doe stated that she felt extremely dizzy and lightheaded, allegedly indicating the effects of being drugged.

The lawsuit alleges that T.I. turned on a pornographic movie to heighten his arousal, while Tameka straddled Jane Doe's back and held her down on her stomach. Shockingly, the plaintiff claims that T.I. slid his toes into her vagina despite her objections and attempts to resist. Jane Doe further stated that Tameka continued to arouse herself by grinding on her and massaging her backside throughout the assault.

After managing to get up from the bed, the woman alleges she vomited in the bathroom. It was during this time that T.I. allegedly mocked her by saying demeaning remarks. The following morning, when a security guard demanded she leave the room where T.I. and Tameka were supposedly sleeping, Jane Doe noticed she was in serious pain.

The plaintiff's attorney, Rodney Diggs, emphasized the gravity of the allegations, stating, "Forcing someone, in this case by way of drugs, into doing something of a sexual nature they don't want to is sexual battery - rape." He further expressed his client's determination to pursue justice, not only for herself but for others who have similarly experienced violation.

The lawsuit was filed in accordance with California's Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, which recently came into effect, allowing for a one-year "look-back" window to file lawsuits in cases of alleged sexual abuse with expired statutes of limitations, provided that an attempted cover-up is involved.

In response to the allegations, T.I. and Tameka vehemently denied the claims in a statement to Rolling Stone. They asserted their innocence, stating that the plaintiff had been threatening to file this lawsuit for three years, during which they consistently denied the allegations. The couple expressed their refusal to succumb to extortionate demands and eagerly await their day in court.

It is worth noting that multiple women have previously accused T.I. and Tameka of victimization, allegations that the couple has consistently denied. The lawsuit filed by Jane Doe adds to the growing controversy surrounding the famous couple, as they prepare to face legal proceedings regarding these serious allegations of sexual assault.
